REGISTRATION
Everybody
who wishes to participate in Kiruvere Muinaslaager must
previously register him/herself before the 19th of June
2011.
Registration procedure requires filling out the registration
form below
not later than on the 19th of June at 23.59.59. Registration
requests sent after this deadline will be counted as
invalid and the senders cannot participate in Kiruvere
Muinaslaager. Registration forms filled out incorrectly
or incompletely will be counted as invalid and will
be sent back in the nearest opportunity. The organizers
have the right to ask additional information in supplement
to the filled out registration form.
NB! Filling and sending the registration
form will not automatically guarantee the status of
the participant!
The organizers will review the sent registration forms
and will answer to the sender in two weeks time with
the assurance that the sender’s registration is
in order and he/she is expected to be in the authenticity
check in Muinaslaager. Similarly the rejection of registration
will be sent within two weeks time.
Additional questions about Muinaslaager, registration
and related matters can be sent to the email address kiruvere@kiruvere.ee .
Since the budget of Muinaslaager and available resources
are limited, the previous registration is strictly mandatory
to all participants and there will be no exceptions.
Each and every participant (including the children of
the participants) has to register. Parents/caretakers
are responsible for the registration, costume authenticity
and activities of underage children.
In addition to the registration, all participants will
have to pass the mandatory authenticity check and will
receive a special participant marker only after they
have successfully passed the check. Participants who
have failed to register or could not pass the authenticity
check are not allowed to participate in the event. Such
persons will be treated as members of the audience and
can be in Muinaslaager only on Saturday 9th of July during the opening hours
(11.30-18.00).
The site of Muinaslaager has very disjunctive
ground and nature and there is not much flat and even
ground. This is the reason why participants are asked
in the registration form to notify about the size of
required camping ground (as well as the size of the
site needed for trading, handcrafts or other activities).
Drivers are asked to notify about the required spot
for parking, as the parking lot is limited as well.
Registration for 2011 has ended!
